STEEREON is an e-scooter with a seat or an e-bike without pedals. The handling can be directly compared to the bicycle, only without pedaling. Thanks to the innovative folding mechanism, the high-end e-scooters with large wheels fit into any car.

You are entitled to a 12-month warranty on all components from receipt of your STEEREON . The warranty can be extended to 24 months. The wear parts tires, brake discs and brake pads are not included. You can find the warranty conditions here.
The price does not include shipping costs. Shipping can be booked at the end of the ordering process. Depending on the weight and accessories, shipping is carried out by a freight forwarder or DHL. The goods are insured against transport damage.
The delivery time is approx. three to five working days from the time the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider. The shipping service provider will contact you by email or phone to coordinate the delivery.
Alternatively, collection in Cologne is also possible. This is free of charge. However, it is essential to make an appointment.

Just great! I drive a C30 to work every day and otherwise. Extreme gradients have to be overcome (Black Forest). It's incredibly fun! Very good workmanship, beautiful look (you stand out), incredible driving experience, pure fun - great! I hardly drive a car anymore. Every euro was worth it.
The STEEREON C20 model has a maximum design speed of 20 km/h.
The STEEREON C30 model has a maximum design speed of 20 km/h (helmet-free), 25 km/h (helmet-required) or 32 km/h (helmet-required).
Depending on your riding style, terrain and rider weight, you can cover up to 40 km on one battery charge (556 Wh). With the 655 Wh, you can travel up to 50 km on one battery.
With the additional range extender (second battery on the top tube), the range can be increased to up to 100 km.
STEEREON C20: approx. 21 kg.
STEEREON C30: approx. 22 kg.
The permissible total weight (driver + vehicle + luggage) is 150 kg.
The maximum payload (rider weight + luggage) is therefore approx. 128 kg.
It takes approx. 4 hours (556 Wh) or 5 hours (655 Wh) to fully recharge a completely empty battery. The range extender can be charged in parallel with a second charger.
The battery can be charged at any standard socket using the charger supplied. In addition to charging on the vehicle itself, the battery can also be removed separately using a key and charged individually.
The maximum climbing ability is approx. 20%. At maximum load, the climbing ability is still approx. 15%.
There is no service obligation for STEEREON as, unlike a bicycle, there are no service-intensive components (e.g. chain or gears). In the operating instructions, you will find a table that shows you which components you should subject to a regular visual and functional check.
A repair can be carried out in various ways:
STEEREON is permitted on public roads.
The STEEREON C20 model is approved in accordance with the German Ordinance on Small Electric Vehicles (ABE) and may be legally driven on German roads.
The STEEREON C30 model has EU type approval (vehicle category: L1-eB | moped) and may be legally driven on European roads.
All variants require at least motor vehicle liability insurance. Proof is provided via an insurance sticker (C20) or an insurance license plate (C30).
Depending on the variant selected, there are different legal framework conditions for the user.
The STEEREON C20 model may be ridden anywhere where a bicycle may be ridden.
The STEEREON C30 model with maximum speeds of 20 km/h or 25 km/h may be ridden anywhere where a moped or moped is permitted. Within built-up areas, only cycle paths with a "moped-free" sign may be used. If these are not available, you must ride on the road. Outside built-up areas, cycle paths without "moped-free" markings may also be used.
The STEEREON C30 model with a top speed of 32 km/h may officially only be driven on the road.
Safety is one of the main pillars of product development. We are guided by the highest safety standards and norms within the vehicle classes. In addition, STEEREON is tested and approved by a recognized technical service, independent institutes and by us.
STEEREON has an electronic immobilizer that you can unlock using a code. We also offer a lock in our online store that allows you to lock your STEEREON anywhere, just like a bicycle.
If you choose the STEEREON C20 model, you are not legally required to wear a safety helmet, but we recommend that you wear one at all times. This should be at least a certified bicycle helmet. For safety reasons, however, we would advise you to wear an S-pedelec helmet that meets the requirements of NTA 8776. These meet higher safety requirements than classic bicycle helmets, which are usually tested in accordance with EN 1078.
If you opt for the 20 km/h version of the STEEREON C30 model, you are not legally required to wear a helmet, but we recommend that you wear one at all times. This should be at least a certified bicycle helmet. For safety reasons, however, we would advise you to wear an S-pedelec helmet that meets the requirements of NTA 8776. These meet higher safety requirements than classic bicycle helmets, which are usually tested in accordance with EN 1078.
If you decide to buy the 25 km/h or 32 km/h version of the STEEREON C30 model, you should bear in mind that only helmets that meet the requirements for motorcycle helmets (in accordance with UN Regulation No. 22) are permitted. There are some helmets available on the market that meet these requirements and look similar to a jet helmet or bicycle helmet. We have two suitable helmets in our store. If you have any questions, we will be happy to advise you.
All STEEREON models are vehicles subject to compulsory insurance as soon as you want to use them on public roads. The law distinguishes between two different vehicle classes and therefore two different insurance classes.
The model STEEREON C20 is approved as a small electric vehicle. The insurer will provide you with a small sticker for this purpose, which is valid until February 28 of the following year.
The STEEREON C30 model is approved as an L1-eB class vehicle. This corresponds to compulsory insurance as a light moped (20 km/h variant), as an ordinary moped (25 km/h variant) or as an ordinary scooter (32 km/h). You will receive a small license plate from the insurer, which is valid until 28.02. of the following year.
You can take out insurance with various insurers online or at their sales offices.

There are various ways to test STEEREON :
STEEREON can be purchased from our online store as well as from various dealers. More information about the dealers can be found in the dealer directory.
With a consumption of 500 Wh per 33 km, the total requirement for 100 km is approx. 1.5 kwh. This results in energy costs of approx. 0.50 € per 100 km.
Our vehicles are delivered directly to you by a forwarding agent or DHL. Thanks to advance notice, you can easily schedule the delivery.
We have an extensive dealer and service network. You are welcome to get personal advice or have service work carried out directly on site.
In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer a 12-month warranty as standard. If you wish, you can extend the warranty period to up to 24 months.
If, contrary to expectations, you are not happy with your STEEREON , you always have the option to cancel. We will have the vehicle collected and refund the purchase price.
Ein E Scooter mit Sitz ist eine elektrische Variante eines herkömmlichen Rollers, welcher zusätzlich über eine Sitzfläche verfügt. Diese bietet mehr Komfort und ist besonders für längere Strecken geeignet. Dadurch bietet ein STEEREON C30 mehr Komfort und Sicherheit.
Durch die Möglichkeit zu sitzen wird die Fahrt angenehmer, insbesondere auf längeren Strecken.
Einige Modelle verfügen über größere Akkus und können somit längere Strecken zurücklegen. Die Sitzfläche erhöht die Stabilität und das Sicherheitsgefühl, besonders bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten. STEEREON eignet sich sowohl für kurze Fahrten in der Stadt als auch für längere Ausflüge.
In der Regel sind solche E Roller schwerer. Das macht das Tragen oder Verstauen schwieriger. E-Roller ohne Sitz sind normalerweise leichter. Das erleichtert das Handling.
Aufgrund des Sitzes sind diese Scooter oft größer und weniger wendig als klassische E Roller. E-Scooter mit Sitz sind in der Regel teurer als Modelle ohne Sitz. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Modellen ist der C30 von STEEREON besonders handlich und leicht zu transportieren.
Hierzu gibt es keine pauschale Aussage, denn es kommt immer auf den Anwendungsfall und das Budget an. Grundsätzlich zählt der STEEREON C30 jedoch mit zu den besten E Scootern mit Sitz.
Bestelle deinen STEEREON beim Hersteller in Köln, bei unseren Partnern oder online. Interessenten können beim Hersteller oder bei einem Händler eine Probefahrt machen.
Ob du einen E Roller zum sitzen ohne Führerschein fahren darfst, hängt von deinem Alter ab. Für den STEEREON C30 bis 25 km/h gilt für Personen, die vor 1965 geboren sind, keine Führerscheinflicht. Hintergrund ist, dass diese Personen automatisch über eine Mofa-Prüfbescheinigung verfügen.
Alle Personen, die nach 1965 geboren wurden, benötigen einen Führerschein für einen E Scooter mit Sitz. Bei 20 km/h und 25 km/h wird eine Mofa-Prüfbescheinigung benötigt. Bis 45 km/h wird ein Rollerführerschein der Klasse AM benötigt. Beide Führerscheine sind auch im Autoführerschein enthalten.
Der STEEREON C30 darf im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr bis 25 km/h Höchstgeschwindigkeit auf Mofa-Radwegen genutzt werden. Eine legale Nutzung in der EU (inkl. Niederlanden) ist möglich.
